为了增强PBX炸药的力学性能,将高模量、高强度的碳纤维添加到PBX炸药中。通过研究不同碳纤维含量及粘结剂体系PBX炸药的力学性能,获得了碳纤维对PBX炸药力学性能影响规律。结果表明:添加少量的碳纤维即可大幅度提高PBX炸药抗压和抗拉强度,而且碳纤维与粘结剂体系的接触紧密程度对药柱的力学性能影响大。
為瞭增彊PBX炸藥的力學性能,將高模量、高彊度的碳纖維添加到PBX炸藥中。通過研究不同碳纖維含量及粘結劑體繫PBX炸藥的力學性能,穫得瞭碳纖維對PBX炸藥力學性能影響規律。結果錶明:添加少量的碳纖維即可大幅度提高PBX炸藥抗壓和抗拉彊度,而且碳纖維與粘結劑體繫的接觸緊密程度對藥柱的力學性能影響大。

To enhance the mechanical properties of PBXs, the carbon fiber (CF) with high modulus and intensities was added to PBXs. The effects of different content of CF and different kinds of bonding systems were discussed. The results show that the compression strength and tensile strength of PBXs can be improved clearly by the CF adding, and the mechanical properties of PBXs are affected by the interfaces of CF and bonding system.
