针对钝感无起爆药点火器射频感度高于装配敏感装药的桥带和半导体桥火工品设计感度的问题,从产品结构及装药两方面进行了分析和试验验证,找到了钝感无起爆药电火工品射频感度偏高的失效机理,并提出了改进措施。本研究对后续电火工品的抗射频设计具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。
針對鈍感無起爆藥點火器射頻感度高于裝配敏感裝藥的橋帶和半導體橋火工品設計感度的問題,從產品結構及裝藥兩方麵進行瞭分析和試驗驗證,找到瞭鈍感無起爆藥電火工品射頻感度偏高的失效機理,併提齣瞭改進措施。本研究對後續電火工品的抗射頻設計具有一定的指導意義和參攷價值。

Aimed at the radio frequency(RF) sensitivity of some non-primary insensitive electro-explosive device, which was little higher than that of initiator with bridge strip and semiconductive bridge igniter, the analysis and verification tests were carried out from the structure and the charge of product. Then the mechanism of the higher RF sensitivity was found, as well as the improve measures were put forward. The study provided some reference for anti-RF design of electro-explosive device.
