鉴于直列式安全起爆系统在外界恶劣电磁环境下以及弹上电气工作时产生的涌浪电压、静电及电磁辐射等干扰因素,采用隔离设计、屏蔽电子线路、瞬态电压抑制器等方法减少电磁辐射、电磁干扰,改善了直列式安全起爆系统的电磁兼容性;并根据国军标电磁安全性评估方法,对直列式安全起爆系统在包装、裸露、工作状态下进行了电磁安全性测试分析。试验结果表明,通过电磁兼容改善后的直列式安全起爆系统在电磁辐射(EMR)、电磁干扰(EMI)、静电放电(ESD)环境危害中具有高安全性,完全满足大型战斗部对起爆技术的要求。
鑒于直列式安全起爆繫統在外界噁劣電磁環境下以及彈上電氣工作時產生的湧浪電壓、靜電及電磁輻射等榦擾因素,採用隔離設計、屏蔽電子線路、瞬態電壓抑製器等方法減少電磁輻射、電磁榦擾,改善瞭直列式安全起爆繫統的電磁兼容性;併根據國軍標電磁安全性評估方法,對直列式安全起爆繫統在包裝、裸露、工作狀態下進行瞭電磁安全性測試分析。試驗結果錶明,通過電磁兼容改善後的直列式安全起爆繫統在電磁輻射(EMR)、電磁榦擾(EMI)、靜電放電(ESD)環境危害中具有高安全性,完全滿足大型戰鬥部對起爆技術的要求。

Aiming at the problem of interference occurred in in-line electronic safety and arming system, which was caused by surge voltage, electrostatic and electromagnetic radiation in harsh electromagnetic environment in the outside world, as well as on-line of bomb, the methods such as isolation, shielding the circuit, transient voltage suppressors and other were adopted, the electromagnetic radiation (EMR) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) was reduced effectively, which improved electromagnetic compatibility of in-line electronic safety and arming system. Meanwhile, according to the military standard, the electromagnetic safety of in-line electronic safety and arming system was tested and analyzed under the package, nudity and working state condition. The experimental results showed that the improved in-line electronic safety and arming system has high safety in hazards of EMR, EMI and electrostatic discharge(ESD), which can meet with the requirements of large warhead.
