目的：分析念珠菌生物膜文献的研究热点和研究前沿。方法：使用基于java平台的科学知识图谱分析软件citespaceⅡ，以web of science数据库中收录的念珠菌生物膜文献为研究对象，通过对经典文献、高频主题词、突现主题词的分析，绘制可视化知识图谱。结果：共分析1631篇文献、10篇经典文献、20个高频主题词、5个突现主题词，确定念珠菌生物膜的研究热点为生物膜的形成、基础实验技术、模型建立及耐药问题，研究前沿集中在生物膜体外模型、药敏实验建立新方法上。结论：可视化分析为快速把握念珠菌生物膜学科领域的研究热点与前沿提供了科学量化参考。

To analyze hotspots and research frontier of Candida biofilm.Methods:The software of Mapping Knowledge Domains named CitespaceⅡbasing on the JAVA was used and the Mapping Knowledge Domains were drawn through the classical literatures, high-cited key-words/terms and burst term.Results:A total of 1631 records, 10 classical literatures, 20 high-cited keywords/terms and 5 burst terms were analyzed.The main research hotspots belonged to the formation of the biofilm, the basic experimental technology, model building and drug resistance. Moreover, the research frontier focused on model building and drug resistance.Conclusion:Map-ping Knowledge Domains is a useful tool in mastering the hotspots and the research frontier of the Candida biofilm.
