目的探讨腹部创伤患者的CT表现,并观察CT对腹部创伤的临床应用价值.方法选择2010年7月至2013年6月在我院住院治疗的腹部创伤患者55例的影像资料,所有患者均经手术证实,然后与CT诊断结果进行对照.结果本组55例患者经双螺旋CT检查诊断显示肾挫伤14例、脾破裂13例、肝破裂11例、肠破裂5例、膀胱破坏4例、胰挫伤3例、输尿管断裂2例.手术术后结果与CT诊断相对比,CT诊断符合率94.55％.结论 CT对腹部创伤的诊断具有较高的特异度,临床应用价值高.合理应用CT检查可以准确地对腹部创伤进行定位及定性,并对其严重程度进行评估,有助于制定正确有效的治疗方案,减少并发症,有效降低死亡率.

Objective CT manifestation of abdominal trauma patients,and observe the clinical value of CT for abdominal trauma.Methods The hospitalization image data of 55 patients with abdominal trauma were selected from July 2010 to June 2013 in our hospital,all patients received surgical treatment,treatment results were analyzed and compared with CT diagnosis.Results Among this group of 55 patients,through the double helix CT examination in the diagnosis,we found 14 cases of renal contusion,13 cases of splenic rupture,liver rupture in 11 cases,intestinal rupture in 5 cases,4 cases of the bladder damage,pancreatic contusion (3 cases),and ureteral rupture in 2 cases.CT diagnosis had the coincidence rate of 94.55％ as compared to surgery postoperative results.Conclusion CT in the diagnosis of abdominal trauma has high application value and clinical significance,which is effective diagnosis measure for timely and accurate qualitative and positioning of abdominal trauma,and to evaluate its severity,the inspection method belongs to non-invasive examination,diagnosis rate is high,without any trauma,complications and sequelae to patients,and can effectively reduce their mortality
