电刷宽度对直流电机电磁转矩的影响是很大的,因此,在未考虑电刷宽度的条件下所推导出的电磁转矩计算式不够精确,对直流电机尤其是宽电刷直流电机的设计缺乏指导意义。作者详细分析了电刷宽度对直流电机电磁转矩的影响,给出了直流电机电磁转矩的计算方法。实验证明该计算方法更精确、对直流电机设计更具有指导意义。

Brush width has great effects on the electromagnetic torque of DC motor, so the calculation of the electro-magnetic torque without considering the brush width is not precise enough, which can not provide guidance for the design of DC motor, especially DC motor with wide brushes. This study discusses the effects of brush width on the electromagnetic torque of DC motor in details and proposes the calculation method of the electromagnetic torque of DC motor with wide brushes. The experiments show that the given calculation method is more accurate, and the calculation method for the design of DC motor with wide brushes is more instructive.
