目的：探讨应用必兰行下颌前牙区治疗麻醉效果。方法：对141例下颌前牙区牙髓病治疗及拔牙手术中应用必兰行骨膜上浸润麻醉，认真观察、记录麻醉效果。结果：141例患者麻醉效果优、良达98.58%，有效率100%。结论：在实施下颌前牙区治疗时，应用必兰行骨膜上浸润麻醉，效果显著，定位准确，操作方便，并发症少，术野清晰。
목적：탐토응용필란행하합전아구치료마취효과。방법：대141례하합전아구아수병치료급발아수술중응용필란행골막상침윤마취，인진관찰、기록마취효과。결과：141례환자마취효과우、량체98.58%，유효솔100%。결론：재실시하합전아구치료시，응용필란행골막상침윤마취，효과현저，정위준학，조작방편，병발증소，술야청석。
Objective:To explore the application of articaine for mandibular anterior teeth anesthesia effect of treatment. Methods:141 cases of mandibular anterior teeth’s dental pulp disease treatment and extraction operation in application of articaine for supraperiosteal infiltration anesthesia, careful observation, recording the anesthetic effect. Results:in 141 cases, good effect and anesthesia was 98.58%, efficiency 100%. Conclusion:in the implementa-tion of a mandibular treatment, application of articaine for supraperiosteal infiltration anesthesia, effective, accurate positioning, convenient operation, less complications, clear operation field.
