This paper summarizes the features emerged from natural classroom observation about how experienced teachers used different devices to create better learning environment and optimize learning opportunities to actively engage the students in the classroom activities. The two participating teachers prove to be in accordance with the commonly accepted description of “good English teachers” with their own characteristics by positively inlfuencing the different level of the pedagogic process. Classroom observation is also proved to be a desirable way for teacher develop-ment.
