抗日战争爆发后，南京国民政府实施了以动员海外华侨积极参与和支援祖国抗战为中心的华侨政策。作为承担国民政府侨务工作的主要机构，侨务委员会不断加强侨务机构的设置，推动对华侨抗战的宣传与指导，辅助华侨教育与研究的发展，积极保护和救助华侨，给予海外华侨巨大的物质和精神支持，不仅促进了抗日救国事业的发展，同时极大地增强了海外华侨对祖国的认同感。
抗日戰爭爆髮後，南京國民政府實施瞭以動員海外華僑積極參與和支援祖國抗戰為中心的華僑政策。作為承擔國民政府僑務工作的主要機構，僑務委員會不斷加彊僑務機構的設置，推動對華僑抗戰的宣傳與指導，輔助華僑教育與研究的髮展，積極保護和救助華僑，給予海外華僑巨大的物質和精神支持，不僅促進瞭抗日救國事業的髮展，同時極大地增彊瞭海外華僑對祖國的認同感。
항일전쟁폭발후，남경국민정부실시료이동원해외화교적겁삼여화지원조국항전위중심적화교정책。작위승담국민정부교무공작적주요궤구，교무위원회불단가강교무궤구적설치，추동대화교항전적선전여지도，보조화교교육여연구적발전，적겁보호화구조화교，급여해외화교거대적물질화정신지지，불부촉진료항일구국사업적발전，동시겁대지증강료해외화교대조국적인동감。
After the outbreak of Anti-Japanese War, the National Government carried out a series of policies of O-verseas Chinese, which have focused on calling for Overseas Chinese to join actively and to support the war of re-sistance against Japan. As the main organization of undertaking the affairs concerning Overseas Chinese in the Na-tional Government, the Committee of Overseas Chinese Affairs strengthened the settings of the Overseas Chinese af-fairs institutions continuously, promoted the Anti-Japanese War propaganda and the guidance to Overseas Chinese, assisted the education of Overseas Chinese and the research developing, protected and assisted Overseas Chinese positively. And also, they offered Overseas Chinese giant supports in the material and the spiritual. All of these not only promoted the development of Anti-Japanese War and saving the nation, but also greatly enhanced the sense of identity of Overseas Chinese to the nation.
