目的:评价“理实一体化”教学模式在高职《生物化学检验》课程教学中的效果。方法:对学生随机分班,设立对照班与实验班,前者运用传统的教学方法,后者尝试“理实一体化”教学模式,最后通过技能考核、理论课考试、实验班教学问卷调查等方法进行教学效果评价与比较。结果:实验班学生操作技能与理论成绩均显著高于对照班(P<0.01)。结论:“理实一体化”教学模式有利于提高《生物化学检验》课堂教学质量,是一条符合医学职业教育规律的途径,值得进一步探索和完善。

목적:평개“리실일체화”교학모식재고직《생물화학검험》과정교학중적효과。방법:대학생수궤분반,설립대조반여실험반,전자운용전통적교학방법,후자상시“리실일체화”교학모식,최후통과기능고핵、이론과고시、실험반교학문권조사등방법진행교학효과평개여비교。결과:실험반학생조작기능여이론성적균현저고우대조반(P<0.01)。결론:“리실일체화”교학모식유리우제고《생물화학검험》과당교학질량,시일조부합의학직업교육규률적도경,치득진일보탐색화완선。
Objectives:To evaluation the effectiveness of integration of theory-practice teaching model in clinical biochemistry.Methods:The students were randomly divide into classes, established the control class and the experi-mental class, the former by using traditional teaching methods, which try to integration of theory-practice teaching model, and compare the skills assessment, theory course examination, the experimental class teaching questionnaire survey of the teaching effect evaluation. Results:Skills and theoretical achievements of the experimental class are sig-nificantly higher than the control class( P<0.01). Conclusion:Integration of theory-practice teaching model is proved to be a useful way of improving teaching quality of?clinical biochemistry and a way which is accordance with the rules of medical occupation education. It is worth further exploring and improving.
