目的：探讨加速康复外科理念在痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)手术患者护理中应用效果。方法：某医院进行PPH手术治疗的64例患者，随机分组为对照组及观察组，各32例，对照组采用传统的护理方法。观察组在此基础上进行加速康复外科理念，比较两组患者尿潴留发生率、肛门排气时间、术后疼痛程度、住院时间、术后治疗费用并评价效果。结果：观察组的尿潴留发生率、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、术后疼痛程度、住院时间、术后治疗费用明显低于对照组。结论：加速康复外科理念应用于PPH手术患者的护理，能明显减少患者的痛苦，降低并发症，缩短住院时间，降低医疗费用，促进患者康复，且安全方便，有效，易于推广。
목적：탐토가속강복외과이념재치상점막배절술(PPH)수술환자호리중응용효과。방법：모의원진행PPH수술치료적64례환자，수궤분조위대조조급관찰조，각32례，대조조채용전통적호리방법。관찰조재차기출상진행가속강복외과이념，비교량조환자뇨저류발생솔、항문배기시간、술후동통정도、주원시간、술후치료비용병평개효과。결과：관찰조적뇨저류발생솔、항문배기시간、하상활동시간、술후동통정도、주원시간、술후치료비용명현저우대조조。결론：가속강복외과이념응용우PPH수술환자적호리，능명현감소환자적통고，강저병발증，축단주원시간，강저의료비용，촉진환자강복，차안전방편，유효，역우추엄。
Objective:To explore the concept of accelerated rehabilitation in PPH patients undergoing surgical nursing application results. Methods:64 cases of PPH were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 32 cases;control group using traditional methods of care, observation group on the basis of routine care accelerated rehabilitation surgical philosophy, two groups were compared incidence of urinary retention, anal exhaust time, postoperative pain, hospital stay, postoperative treatment costs, and to evaluate the results. Results:The incidence of urinary retention, anal exhaust time, ambulation time, postoperative pain, hospital stay, postoperative treatment costs, significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion:Accelerated rehabilitation concept applies PPH surgery surgical care, can significantly reduce the patient's pain, reduce complications, shorter hospital stays, lower medical costs, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
