坯料设计是MES计划调度子系统中的重要环节之一,合理的坯料设计直接影响炼钢厂产钢量并能提高轧机的生产率和钢的成材率。为此,考虑某特钢厂产品种类繁多及工艺流程复杂等因素,针对该厂所有类型的钢材,在MES的计划调度子系统中,采用逆向计算的方式进行坯料设计。现场应用情况表明,该坯料设计方法能进一步促进产销结合,更好地满足生产合同及现场生产与管理的需要,对该厂实现炼轧一体化具有不可替代的作用。
坯料設計是MES計劃調度子繫統中的重要環節之一,閤理的坯料設計直接影響煉鋼廠產鋼量併能提高軋機的生產率和鋼的成材率。為此,攷慮某特鋼廠產品種類繁多及工藝流程複雜等因素,針對該廠所有類型的鋼材,在MES的計劃調度子繫統中,採用逆嚮計算的方式進行坯料設計。現場應用情況錶明,該坯料設計方法能進一步促進產銷結閤,更好地滿足生產閤同及現場生產與管理的需要,對該廠實現煉軋一體化具有不可替代的作用。

Blank design is one of the important links of planning and scheduling system in MES. Reasonable blank design can affect the amount of steelmaking directly and improve the productivity of rolling mill and the yield of steel. Therefore,considering the wide variety of products and complicated technological process of a special steel factory,we use the reverse calculation method in blank design of planning and scheduling system aiming at all types of steel in the factory. The application of this blank design method in the production field indicates that it can further promote the production and marketing combination and better meet the requirements of production contract and field production and management,and has an irreplaceable role for the factory to achieve making-rolling integration.
