目的：探讨全病程个案管理对社区精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法将生活在社区的纳入国家重性精神疾病管理治疗项目实行全病程个案管理的精神分裂症患者100例设为研究组，将未纳入重性精神疾病管理，能够定期复诊的精神分裂症患者100例设为对照组。采用阳性与阴性症状量表、日常生活能力量表、社会功能缺陷筛查量表评定治疗效果。结果治疗后研究组各量表评分均较治疗前显著下降（ P＜0．05或0．01），对照组治疗前后则无显著变化（P＞0．05）；研究组治疗6个月后各量表评分均显著低于对照组（P＜0．05或0．01）。结论对社区精神分裂症患者实行全病程个案管理，可显著改善患者的精神症状和社会功能。
목적：탐토전병정개안관리대사구정신분렬증환자강복적영향。방법장생활재사구적납입국가중성정신질병관리치료항목실행전병정개안관리적정신분렬증환자100례설위연구조，장미납입중성정신질병관리，능구정기복진적정신분렬증환자100례설위대조조。채용양성여음성증상량표、일상생활능역량표、사회공능결함사사량표평정치료효과。결과치료후연구조각량표평분균교치료전현저하강（ P＜0．05혹0．01），대조조치료전후칙무현저변화（P＞0．05）；연구조치료6개월후각량표평분균현저저우대조조（P＜0．05혹0．01）。결론대사구정신분렬증환자실행전병정개안관리，가현저개선환자적정신증상화사회공능。
Objective To explore the influence of whole-course case management of community schizo-phrenic’ rehabilitation .Methods A total of 100 schizophrenics who lived in community and were included in the ‘Central Government Support for the Local Management and Treatment of Severe Mental Illness Project’ (686 Project) whole-course management were assigned to research group and 100 ones who wer-en’t included and could regularly revisited to control group .Therapeutic effects were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) ,Activities of Daily Living Scale (ADL) and Social Disa-bility Screening Schedule (SDSS ) .Results After treatment all scale scores lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment in research group (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) ,control group had no notable changes (P>0 .05);after 6 month treatment all scale scores were significantly lower in research than control group (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) .Conclusion Whole-course case management of community schizophrenic could nota-bly improve patients’ mental symptoms and social functions .
