目的：探讨氟伏沙明联合阿立哌唑治疗儿童少年强迫障碍的临床疗效和安全性。方法将80例儿童少年强迫障碍患者随机分为两组，每组40例，均口服氟伏沙明治疗，研究组在此基础上联合阿立哌唑治疗。观察8周。采用Yale-Brown强迫量表和副反应量表评定临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗8周末，研究组显效率77．5％、总有效率92．5％，对照组分别为57．5％、87．5％，研究组显效率显著高于对照组（χ2＝4．53，P＜0．05）。两组不良反应均轻微，治疗各时段副反应量表评分比较差异均无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论伏氟沙明联合阿立哌唑治疗儿童少年强迫障碍起效快，疗效显著，安全性高，优于单用伏氟沙明治疗。
목적：탐토불복사명연합아립고서치료인동소년강박장애적림상료효화안전성。방법장80례인동소년강박장애환자수궤분위량조，매조40례，균구복불복사명치료，연구조재차기출상연합아립고서치료。관찰8주。채용Yale-Brown강박량표화부반응량표평정림상료효화불량반응。결과치료8주말，연구조현효솔77．5％、총유효솔92．5％，대조조분별위57．5％、87．5％，연구조현효솔현저고우대조조（χ2＝4．53，P＜0．05）。량조불량반응균경미，치료각시단부반응량표평분비교차이균무현저성（P＞0．05）。결론복불사명연합아립고서치료인동소년강박장애기효쾌，료효현저，안전성고，우우단용복불사명치료。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole plus fluvoxamine in the treatment of child and adolescent obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) .Methods Eighty OCD children and adolescents were randomly divided into two groups of 40 ones each ,both groups took orally fluvoxamine ,on this basis research group was plus aripiprazole for 8 weeks .Clinical efficacies were assessed with the Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS ) and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) .Results At the end of the 8th week ,obvious and total effective rate were respectively 77 .5% and 92 .5% in research and 57 .5% and 87 .5% in control group ,obvious effective rate was significantly higher in the former than the latter (χ2 = 4 .53 ,P < 0 .05) .Adverse reactions of both groups were mild ,there were no significant group differences in each time-period TESS score (P >0 .05) .Conclusion Fluvoxamine plus aripiprazole takes effect more rapidly , has an evident effect and higher safety compared with single fluvoxamine in the treatment of child and adolescent OCD .
