目的：探讨文拉法辛联合经络氧疗法治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将60例抑郁症患者随机分为两组，每组30例，两组均口服文拉法辛治疗，研究组联合经络氧疗法治疗，观察8周。采用汉密顿抑郁量表及抑郁自评量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗后两组汉密顿抑郁量表及抑郁自评量表评分均较治疗前显著下降（P＜0．01），治疗各时段研究组各量表评分均显著低于对照组（ P＜0．01）。治疗8周末研究组显效率73．3％、有效率96．7％，对照组分别为56．7％、83．3％，两组比较差异均无显著性（χ2＝1．83、2．96，P＞0．05）。两组不良反应较轻微，发生率比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论经络氧疗法对抑郁症的治疗有明显的增效作用；文拉法辛联合经络氧疗法治疗抑郁症起效快，疗效显著，安全性高，显著优于单用文拉法辛治疗。
목적：탐토문랍법신연합경락양요법치료억욱증적림상료효。방법장60례억욱증환자수궤분위량조，매조30례，량조균구복문랍법신치료，연구조연합경락양요법치료，관찰8주。채용한밀돈억욱량표급억욱자평량표평정림상료효，부반응량표평정불량반응。결과치료후량조한밀돈억욱량표급억욱자평량표평분균교치료전현저하강（P＜0．01），치료각시단연구조각량표평분균현저저우대조조（ P＜0．01）。치료8주말연구조현효솔73．3％、유효솔96．7％，대조조분별위56．7％、83．3％，량조비교차이균무현저성（χ2＝1．83、2．96，P＞0．05）。량조불량반응교경미，발생솔비교차이무현저성（P＞0．05）。결론경락양요법대억욱증적치료유명현적증효작용；문랍법신연합경락양요법치료억욱증기효쾌，료효현저，안전성고，현저우우단용문랍법신치료。
Objective To explore the efficacy of venlafaxine combined with channel acupuncture plus oxy-gen (CAO) in depression and find out CAO synergism on depression .Methods Sixty depression patients were randomly divided into two groups of 30 ones each ,both groups took orally venlafaxine ,and research group was combined with CAO for 8 weeks .Efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) .Results The HAMD and SDS scores of both groups lowered more significantly after treatment compared with pretreatment (P<0 .01) ,those were significantly lower in research than control group at each time-point (P<0 .01) .At the end of the 8th week obvious effective and effective rate were respectively 73 .3% and 96 .7% in research and 56 .7% and 83 .3% in control group ,which showed no significant group differences (χ2 =1 .83、2 .96 ,P>0 .05) .Adverse reactions of both groups were mild and their incidences had no significant group differences (P>0 .05) .Conclusion CAO therapy has a signifi-cant synergism on depression treatment ;venlafaxine combined with CAO takes effect more rapidly and has an evident effect and higher safety compared with single venlafaxine in depression .
