利用一缩二乙二醇与丁二酸反应制备低相对分子质量的聚一缩二乙二醇丁二酸酯,通过该聚酯二元醇与柠檬酸进行熔融缩聚反应得到了一种网络型聚醚酯生物弹性体材料。该材料为透明柔软的弹性体材料,无定形态,玻璃化转变温度低于-5℃;通过调节反应单体的摩尔比及控制预聚物的后期交联固化时间可以实现材料力学性能可调(拉伸强度1.86~4.62 MPa,扯断伸长率190%~359%)及降解性能可控(降解完全所需时间为4~14 d);该弹性体作为生物材料具有较好的亲水性能和吸水性能,且在pH值分别为7.4的模拟体液和1.0的模拟胃液中具有溶胀-收缩可逆性。

A kind of network polyester bioelas-tomer poly [ ( ethylene diglycol-succinate )-citrate ] ( PESC-I) was synthesized by melt polycondensation reaction between citric acid and poly ( ethylene digly-col-succinate ) , which was prepared with ethylene diglycol and succinic acid.The results showed that PESC-I was an amorphous , transparent and flexible elastomer with glass transition temperature below-5 ℃.The mechanical and biodegradable proper-ties of PESC-I could be modulated by changing the monomers ratio and post-polymerization time in the range of tensile strength from 1.86 MPa to 4.62 MPa, elongation at break from 190%to 359%and complete degradation time in vitro from 4 d to 14 d.The PESC-I possessed better hydrophilic per-formance and water absorption property , and showed swelling-shrinkage reversibility when soaked in the buffer solutions of pH value 7.4 and 1.0 alternately.
