针对传统声发射源定位算法(如时差定位)应用于各向异性介质的局限性,将声发射层析成像方法( AE tomography)引入混凝土结构损伤定位,该算法以声发射事件作为点源,结合源定位算法和层析成像算法,通过波速变化重建物体结构缺陷(损伤)的慢度图,既适合于各向同性材料,也适合于各向异性材料。为了验证提出算法的可行性,制作了有和无钢筋2个不同结构的混凝土样本并通过了实验。实验结果表明所提出的方法不仅能通过声发射波速度变化实现损伤定位的可视化,而且相对于传统定位算法,混凝土样本结构缺陷(损伤)的定位精度也获得了进一步提高。
針對傳統聲髮射源定位算法(如時差定位)應用于各嚮異性介質的跼限性,將聲髮射層析成像方法( AE tomography)引入混凝土結構損傷定位,該算法以聲髮射事件作為點源,結閤源定位算法和層析成像算法,通過波速變化重建物體結構缺陷(損傷)的慢度圖,既適閤于各嚮同性材料,也適閤于各嚮異性材料。為瞭驗證提齣算法的可行性,製作瞭有和無鋼觔2箇不同結構的混凝土樣本併通過瞭實驗。實驗結果錶明所提齣的方法不僅能通過聲髮射波速度變化實現損傷定位的可視化,而且相對于傳統定位算法,混凝土樣本結構缺陷(損傷)的定位精度也穫得瞭進一步提高。

In order to overcome the limitations of the application of traditional acoustic emission (AE) source location algorithm (such as time of arrival (TOA)) to anisotropic medium, the AE tomo-graphy is introduced into the damage location of concrete structure.In this algorithm, the AE events are taken as the point sources.Combining the source location algorithm with the tomography algo-rithm, the slowness image for structure defect ( damage) is reconstructed according to the change of the wave speed, which is fit for both isotropic medium and anisotropic medium.To verify the feasibil-ity of the proposed algorithm, two concrete samples with and without reinforcement are manufactured and tested.The experimental results show that by the proposed method the defect (damaged) area in the concrete structures can be visualized by wave slowness image.Besides, compared with traditional location algorithm, the location precision obtained by this method is improved obviously.
