电子元器件焊接质量是直接影响印制电路板质量乃至整机质量的关键因素，因此加强电子元器件焊接质量监督显得尤为重要。本文介绍了几种常见的焊接缺陷及其产生的原因，同时论述了电子元器件焊接过程质量监督重点，最后针对几种焊接质量检验方法的检验能力进行了分析。

The quality of electronic component soldering is the key factor which influences directly the quality of printed-circuit board and even the total quality. So, it seems that strengthening the supervision of electronic com-ponent soldering becomes very important. This paper mainly introduces several kinds of common soldering joint defects as well as their reasons. Meanwhile, it points out the key points of supervision in the process of electronic component soldering. Finally, it analyzes the capacity of some testing methods of soldering quality.
