本文针对本文针对空调室外机轴接地连续性的安全问题展开分析通过剖析空调相关安全标中准针对空调器具对应条款的具体要求以及CTL决议针对电机球型轴承对可靠性接地的判定,结合空调外机结构、电机结构,提出空调电机轴采用球型轴承的方案,解决其接地的标准符合性。

Aiming at the safety problem of grounding continuity of axis of the air-conditioner outdoor unit motor, this paper performs the analyses for the question, by means of the analysis of relevant safety standards for air conditioner and the judgment of the grounding reliability for ball bearing in CTL decision. Finally, it proposes a scheme that electromotor in air-conditioner uses ball-bearing to comply with its grounding reliability of standard, with the structure of air-conditioner and electromotor.
