以元宝山褐煤为研究对象,选用硫酸亚铁作为催化剂,对褐煤进行了非液化中度加氢和催化加氢以及与塑料共混催化加氢增黏改性的试验研究,分析和测定了加氢煤的官能团、热解反应性和黏结性.结果表明,褐煤在反应温度为350℃和10 MPa 的氢压下加氢和催化加氢反应8h后,煤的结构发生了显著变化,煤中脂肪结构显著增多,热解反应性明显提高,煤的黏结性得到显著提高和改善,催化加氢煤的黏结指数从0提高到18?97.在350℃褐煤在催化加氢过程中,聚丙烯的添加弱化了对煤的加氢增黏效果.反应温度为400℃时,催化加氢对煤黏结性的提高影响很小,适宜的加氢反应温度能够使褐煤加氢获得较高的黏结性.
