对矿用避难硐室压缩空气供给系统进行了优化设计,压缩空气经高压汇流,采用气站集中供气方式通过无缝钢管管路输送至避难硐室各职能模块。为了验证该系统的可靠性,以60人避难硐室为例,对其压缩空气供给系统所需气瓶数量和供气管路进行设计计算,进行了供气管路耐压试验和分系统功能试验。试验结果表明,供气管路在1?8 MP a压力下、持续30 min耐压试验无泄漏;调节压缩空气输出压力为1?2 MPa,该压缩空气供给系统完全满足避难硐室各职能模块压缩空气使用需求。

Compressed air supply system for mine refuge chamber was optimized.The comG pressed air flowed together under high pressure and transported to refuge chamber through seamG less steel pipes,adopting central gas supply system.A refuge chamber accommodating 60 people was chosen to verify the reliability of the system,and the required numbers of gas cylinders and gas pipelines for the compressed air supply system were designed and calculated.Moreover,the pressureGtight test of gas pipelines and the function test of different subsystems were carried out too.The test results showed that no leakage happened under the pressure of 1.8 MPa for 30 min. The output pressure of 1 .2 MPa fully met the requirements of each functional module of refuge chamber for the compressed air.
