目的:了解护士对老年期阿尔茨海默病患者进食困难知识的掌握情况及其临床实践情况。方法:对福建省8家三级医院221名神经内科或老年科护士采用自行设计的“护士对老年期阿尔茨海默病患者进食困难认知状况调查问卷”进行现况调查。结果:36.6%的护士认为自己在护理工作中能够及时恰当地处理老年期阿尔茨海默病患者的进食困难问题;不同年龄、不同学历、不同职称、不同护龄和不同本科室工作年限护士在进食困难的知识维度得分有统计学差异(P<0.01);不同年龄、不同护龄及不同本科室工作年限护士在进食困难的行为维度得分有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:缺乏专业的知识和技能以及消极的护理态度是造成护士不能及时恰当解决老年期阿尔茨海默病患者进食困难问题的主要原因,应建立一个标准的进食护理路径来指导护士的行为。

Objective: To investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of nurses towards feeding dififculty in senile Alzheimer disease patients, analyze the deifciencies of nursing clinical practice. Methods: We recruited 221 nurses in neurology departments and geriatric departments of 8 tertiary hospitals in Fujian province by cluster sampling and they were investigated with self-designed questionnaire for knowledge, attitude and behavior towards feeding dififculty in senile Alzheimer disease patients. Results: Only 36.6% nurses believed they could solve feeding dififculty of Alzheimer disease dementia patients timely and properly. There were statistically signiifcant differences among knowledge scores of nurses with different age, educational backgrounds, professional titles, working years, and the years working in neurology departments or geriatric departments (P<0.01). There were statistically signiifcant differences among behavior of nurses with different age, working yearsand the years working in neurology departments or geriatric departments (P<0.05) .Conclusion: Lacking professional knowledge and skills, and the passive nursing attitude are the main reasons of not solving feeding dififculty in senile Alzheimer disease patients timely and properly. We should establish a standardized nursing feeding pathway to guide the nurses' behaviors.
