目的:探讨临床实习对护理专业实习生自我管理和社会责任心的影响,了解临床实习前后护理实习生自我管理和社会责任心变化。方法:采用自我管理量表和社会责任心量表,在实习前、实习6个月后对护理实习生进行问卷调查并对结果进行分析比较;对临床带教教师、院校辅导员及部分实习生进行访谈。结果:护理实习生自我管理水平总分由实习前的(181.59±11.35)分提高到实习6个月后的(187.11±12.83)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);社会责任心总分由实习前的(87.43±7.90)分提高到实习6个月后的(90.88±6.19)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教教师及辅导员中,有16名(80%)教师明显感受到学生进入临床实习后工作态度、自我控制、目标计划、知识学习及责任感等方面较实习前提高;访谈学生感觉到临床实习对自身行为和责任心有促进作用。结论:护理实习生进入临床实习6个月后的自我管理水平和社会责任心较实习前提高,临床实习有促进护理实习生提升自我管理水平和社会责任心的作用。

Objective: To explore the change between medical practice before and after in self-management and social responsibility, and analyze the influence of clinical practice on nursing students' self-management and social responsibility. Methods: Self-management Questionnairs and Social Responsibility Scale were employed and nursing students were investigated .Twenty clinical teachers or counselors as well as ifve students participated there were interviewed and the data was analyzed. Results: The total points of nursing students' self-management raised from 181.59±11.35 to 187.11±12.83 after 6 months' clinical practice and the difference had statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). The total points of nursing students' social responsibility raised from 87.43±7.90 to 90.88±6.19 after 6 months' clinical practice and the difference had statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). About 80% of the total 20 group leaders and counselors felt that there were improvements in students' working attitude, self-control, goals setting, knowledge learning and responsibility after clinical practice. Those interviewed students also felt that clinical practice helped them to behave better and raise responsibility. Conclusion: Self-management and social responsibility were greatly improved after six months' clinical practice,thus clinical practice may promote nursing students' slef-management and social responsibility.
