目的:探讨应用SimMan综合系统模型的情景模拟教学模式在急救护理实践教学中的应用效果。方法:选择北京市某医科大学附属临床医院高职护理专业2010级(对照组33人)和2011级(干预组32人)学生作为研究对象。对照组采用常规示教与反示教的教学方法;干预组采用SimMan综合系统模型的情景模拟教学方法。采用问卷调查和半结构式访谈法评价干预效果。结果:①干预组的理论考核、操作技能考核得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);②半结构访谈结果发现,应用SimMan综合系统模型的情景模拟教学法在一定程度上调动了学生参与实践课程的主动性并提升了学生的团队协作精神、自信心以及工作能力。结论:应用SimMan综合系统模型的情景模拟教学法,有利于提高学生的综合急救能力,为学生从理论课堂向临床实践过渡提供了桥梁,从而提高了急救护理实践教学的效果。

Objective: To explore the effect of scenario simulation teaching using SimMan integrated system mode in emergency nursing practice teaching. Methods: We recruited nursing vocational students of Grade 2010 and 2011 who practiced in one afifliated clinical hospital of a medical university in Beijing. The 33 students in Grade 2010 were divided into the control group and taught by the conventional and feedback teaching methods. The 32 students in Grade 2011 were divided into the study group and taught by scenario simulation teaching using SimMan integrated system mode. We evaluated the teaching effect by the questionnaire survey and semi-structure interview method.Results:①The mean scores of theory examination and operant skill assessment in study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);②The semi-structured group interview results showed that the scenario simulation teaching in the study group could mobilize the initiative of students' participation in the practice courses in the certain degree and improve the students' team collaboration spirits, self-conifdence and working competence. Conclusion: The application of scenario simulation teaching using SimMan integrated system mode could improve nursing students' comprehensive ifrst-aid ability, establish a bridge from theory to clinical practice, and improve the effect of emergency nursing practice teaching.
