目的:介绍在真实临床情境中护理本科生综合临床技能的评价。方法:本研究通过在真实临床情境中客观结构化临床考试,采用《综合临床护理技能评核表》直接观察、评价180名护理本科四年级学生的综合临床技能。结果:绝大部分学生能完成护理评估、病例分析、给予护理干预并进行健康教育。但存在护理评估不全面、不深入,健康教育内容不完整、不恰当,操作步骤紊乱等现象。教师及学生对OSCE评价较好。结论:在真实临床情境中的OSCE,增强了情境的逼真度,可以客观地测试学生的综合临床技能。

목적:개소재진실림상정경중호리본과생종합림상기능적평개。방법:본연구통과재진실림상정경중객관결구화림상고시,채용《종합림상호리기능평핵표》직접관찰、평개180명호리본과사년급학생적종합림상기능。결과:절대부분학생능완성호리평고、병례분석、급여호리간예병진행건강교육。단존재호리평고불전면、불심입,건강교육내용불완정、불흡당,조작보취문란등현상。교사급학생대OSCE평개교호。결론:재진실림상정경중적OSCE,증강료정경적핍진도,가이객관지측시학생적종합림상기능。
Objective: To introduce the comprehensive clinical skills of undergraduate nursing students. Methods: A descriptive study was carried out and Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCE) were conducted in real clinical situations for evaluating comprehensive clinical skills of 180 undergraduate nursing students through direct observation. The clinical comprehensive competency evaluation form was used. Results: Most of students can complete nursing assessment, analyze patient conditions, provide nursing intervention and health education for the patients. But their nursing assessment was insufifcient and health education content was incomplete, and even incorrect or inappropriate, and sometime the skill operation was disordered. Conclusion: OSCE in real clinical situations can enhance the ifdelity of scenarios in order to evaluate students' clinical comprehensive skills objectively.
