目的：外侧副韧带（lateral collateral ligament ，LCL ）和腘肌肌腱复合体（popliteus tendon ，POP-T ）是膝关节后外侧结构（posterolateral corner ，PLC）的主要组成结构，本文拟总结I°～III°PLC损伤各分度中两者的MR改变。方法急性膝关节外伤后体检提示I°～III°PLC损伤患者27例进行MR扫描，分析LCL和POP-T的MR改变，并与关节镜和手术所见对比。结果 I°损伤15例：单纯LCL损伤11例，其中部分撕裂2例；POP-T水肿1例；LCL和 POP-T复合损伤3例。II°损伤7例：LCL损伤3例，均为撕裂；复合损伤4例。III°损伤5例：均为复合损伤，其中3例并骨折。各例关节镜检查并5例同时行开放手术，所见与MR基本相符。结论各分度PLC损伤中LCL和POP-T改变复杂多样，同分度PLC损伤中亦可不同。MR常规扫描具备评价LCL和POP-T不同程度损伤的能力，从而提高PLC损伤分度诊断准确性，以便指导治疗。
목적：외측부인대（lateral collateral ligament ，LCL ）화객기기건복합체（popliteus tendon ，POP-T ）시슬관절후외측결구（posterolateral corner ，PLC）적주요조성결구，본문의총결I°～III°PLC손상각분도중량자적MR개변。방법급성슬관절외상후체검제시I°～III°PLC손상환자27례진행MR소묘，분석LCL화POP-T적MR개변，병여관절경화수술소견대비。결과 I°손상15례：단순LCL손상11례，기중부분시렬2례；POP-T수종1례；LCL화 POP-T복합손상3례。II°손상7례：LCL손상3례，균위시렬；복합손상4례。III°손상5례：균위복합손상，기중3례병골절。각례관절경검사병5례동시행개방수술，소견여MR기본상부。결론각분도PLC손상중LCL화POP-T개변복잡다양，동분도PLC손상중역가불동。MR상규소묘구비평개LCL화POP-T불동정도손상적능력，종이제고PLC손상분도진단준학성，이편지도치료。
Objective To study the MR findings of two major components of knee posterolateral corner (PLC):lateral collateral ligament (LCL) and popliteus tendon (POP-T) in the degree I°~III°of PLC injury .Methods We analysed the MR findings in LCL and POP-T of 27 cases of I°~III°of PLC injury revealed by physical examination after knee acute trau-ma .Results Totle 15 cases I° of PLC injury included :LCL injury alone were found in 11 cases ,which included partial tear in 2 cases ,POP-T edema in 1 case and the combined injury of LCL and POP-T in 3 cases .Totle 7 cases of II° PLC in-jury included LCL tear alone in 3 cases and combined injury in 4 cases .Totle 5 cases of III° PLC injury were all combined injury ,which included 3 cases accompanied by fracture .The findings in operation of II° PLC injury were 2 cases and 3 ca-ses of III° PLC injury were corresponded to MR images .Conclusion The MR findings of LCL and POP-T in the I°~III° PLC injury were varied ,the imaging signs could be different in the same injury degree .MR can show the detail of LCL and POP-T injury and contribute to provide an accurate assessment of I°~III°PLC injury ,which provide more information for clinical treatment .
