目的：探讨超声与磁共振在胎儿颅内异常诊断中的应用价值。方法收集21例超声高度怀疑胎儿颅内异常但不能最后确诊的病例。将超声、MR结果与引产后尸体解剖或生后随访结果对照，比较两者诊断正确及漏、误诊率。结果比较两种方法在21例胎儿颅内异常检出方面的差异，M R检出病变并正确诊断20例，超声检出病变并正确诊断18例，两者无统计学差异（ P＞0．05）。但在其伴随畸形方面，MR可检出更多、更微小病变。结论磁共振与超声相比在胎儿颅内异常的检出方面无显著性差异，但MR可为临床提供更多、更详细的信息，超声联合磁共振检查可以发挥更大的作用。
목적：탐토초성여자공진재태인로내이상진단중적응용개치。방법수집21례초성고도부의태인로내이상단불능최후학진적병례。장초성、MR결과여인산후시체해부혹생후수방결과대조，비교량자진단정학급루、오진솔。결과비교량충방법재21례태인로내이상검출방면적차이，M R검출병변병정학진단20례，초성검출병변병정학진단18례，량자무통계학차이（ P＞0．05）。단재기반수기형방면，MR가검출경다、경미소병변。결론자공진여초성상비재태인로내이상적검출방면무현저성차이，단MR가위림상제공경다、경상세적신식，초성연합자공진검사가이발휘경대적작용。
Objective The purpose is to study the application of US and MR in diagnosis of fetal intracranial abnormali-ties .Methods Twenty-one singleton pregnancy woman whose fetus were suspected of intracranial abnormalities were re-ferred for routine sonographic examination ,then MR was accepted .We compared MR and US appearance with autopsy and follow-up ,then compared the ratio of correct or wrong diagnosis of these cases through MR and US .Results Among 21 cases of fetal intracranial abnormalities ,MR got 20 correct dignosis ,US got 18 correct ones ,there was no statistical difference ( P >0 .05) between them .But ,in terms of its accompanying deformities ,MR can check out more and tiny small lesions .Conclusion Through our analysis ,there was no difference between US and MR in detecting fetal intracrani-al abnormalities .But MR imaging has a higher sensitivity to that of US in the detection of minor anomalies .Combing US with MR ,the fetal abnormalities could be diagnosed more definitively .
