目的：探讨整倍体胎儿在孕14～24周其额上颌角与孕周是否具有相关性。方法在颜面正中矢状面测量138例14～24周正常胎儿的额上颌角；分析额上颌角与孕周的关系。结果14～24周整倍体胎儿额上颌角不随孕周的增加而改变，两者无明显相关（ r ＝0．027， P ＝0．75， P ＞0．05）。结论在孕14～24周整倍体胎儿中，额上颌角与孕周无相关性。

목적：탐토정배체태인재잉14～24주기액상합각여잉주시부구유상관성。방법재안면정중시상면측량138례14～24주정상태인적액상합각；분석액상합각여잉주적관계。결과14～24주정배체태인액상합각불수잉주적증가이개변，량자무명현상관（ r ＝0．027， P ＝0．75， P ＞0．05）。결론재잉14～24주정배체태인중，액상합각여잉주무상관성。
Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relevance between the frontomaxillary facial angle and the gestation at 14 to 24 weeks in euploid fetuses .Methods FMF angle in fetuses at 14 to 24 weeks were measured on the middle sagittal plane of the normal fetuses .We assessed the relationship between FMF angle and gestation .Results FMF angle had no change while the gestation increased ,there was no correlation between FMF angle and fetal gestations . ( r =0 .027 ,P=0 .75 ,P>0 .05) .Conclusion FMF angle has no relationship with gestations at 14~24 weeks’ euploid fetuses .
