针对目前高校毕业生就业指导工作现状及主要问题，新时期要进一步提高做好大学生就业指导工作紧迫性和重要性的认识，强化高校就业指导工作的机构和队伍建设，更新就业指导理念，把服务毕业生作为第一要务，不断提升就业指导工作的服务水平，充分发挥毕业生与用人单位之间的桥梁作用，完善就业指导的课程设置建设，借助企业人力资源管理，促进学校就业基地化建设，确保高校毕业生就业指导机构建设的经费投入等八个方面进行积极探索和研究。
針對目前高校畢業生就業指導工作現狀及主要問題，新時期要進一步提高做好大學生就業指導工作緊迫性和重要性的認識，彊化高校就業指導工作的機構和隊伍建設，更新就業指導理唸，把服務畢業生作為第一要務，不斷提升就業指導工作的服務水平，充分髮揮畢業生與用人單位之間的橋樑作用，完善就業指導的課程設置建設，藉助企業人力資源管理，促進學校就業基地化建設，確保高校畢業生就業指導機構建設的經費投入等八箇方麵進行積極探索和研究。
