目的：探讨乳腺少见肿瘤的X线表现特点。方法回顾性分析经本院病理证实的6例少见乳腺肿瘤的X线表现。结果6例乳腺肿瘤中，颗粒细胞瘤1例，角化棘皮瘤1例，多形性腺瘤1例，鳞状细胞癌1例，透明细胞汗腺癌1例，癌肉瘤1例。X线表现：3例良性肿瘤中，圆形或椭圆形2例、不规则形1例，边缘光滑2例、边缘模糊1例，3例均无伴钙化；3例恶性肿瘤中，圆形或椭圆形1例、不规则形2例，边缘模糊2例、边缘毛刺1例，2例伴钙化、1例无钙化。结论乳腺部分少见肿瘤X线表现具有特征性，大部分少见肿瘤无特征性，需综合分析及病理学检查确诊。
목적：탐토유선소견종류적X선표현특점。방법회고성분석경본원병리증실적6례소견유선종류적X선표현。결과6례유선종류중，과립세포류1례，각화극피류1례，다형성선류1례，린상세포암1례，투명세포한선암1례，암육류1례。X선표현：3례량성종류중，원형혹타원형2례、불규칙형1례，변연광활2례、변연모호1례，3례균무반개화；3례악성종류중，원형혹타원형1례、불규칙형2례，변연모호2례、변연모자1례，2례반개화、1례무개화。결론유선부분소견종류X선표현구유특정성，대부분소견종류무특정성，수종합분석급병이학검사학진。
Objective To study the mammographic characteristics of rare breast tumors .Methods Imaging findings were retrospectively reviewed in 6 cases of rare breast tumors confirmed by pathology .Results Of all the cases ,1 case was granular cell tumor ,1 case was keratoacanthoma ,1 case was pleomorphic adenomas ,1 case was squamous cell carci-noma ,1 case was clear cell hidradenocarcinoma ,1 case was carcinosarcoma .The mammographic features of the three be-nign tumors :2 cases were circular or oval and 1 case was irregular in the shape ,2 cases were smooth and 1 case was vague in margin ,all of them had no calcification .The mammographic features of the three malignant tumors :1 case was circular or oval and 2 cases were irregular in the shape ,2 cases were vague and 1 case was spicular in margin ,2 cases presented with and 1 case without calcification .Conclusion Some rare breast tumors have specific mammographic features ,while others have not .They should be made a synthesis and depend on pathology .
