在对某作业区4个在役海洋平台进行充分调研的基础上,归纳总结了我国海洋平台急需解决的5大类问题,即海上在役石油天然气设备定期检验无统一的法规可循、石油天然气设备腐蚀检测及防护手段欠缺、联锁装置功能安全完整性评估技术缺失、平台结构疲劳损伤分析方法有待进一步研究、平台撞击载荷模拟力学模型仍需完善,同时指出了目前的研究及工程实际中所存在的不足。针对海洋平台现状及存在的问题,围绕海洋平台安全这一核心主题,对在役海洋石油平台风险分析与安全运行关键技术进行了探讨,并指出了需进一步研究的方向。

On the basis of full investigation on four in-service offshore platform in a certain operation ar-ea,five aspects were summarized,including no unified laws and regulations for the regular inspection of in-service offshore oil and gas equipment,lack of corrosion detection and protection method of the oil and gas equipment,the absence of function safety integrity assessment technology for safety instrumented sys-tems,the analysis method of structural fatigue damage of platform needs further research,mechanical mod-el for simulation of impact loading need to be improved. At the same time,the deficiencies in the current researches and engineering practice were pointed out. Considering the current situation and existing prob-lems on offshore platform,risk analysis and key technologies for safe operation of in-service offshore plat-form had been discussed,which centered on the safety of offshore platform. The future research direction of insuring the safety of offshore platform was suggested.
