目的：探讨2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的心功能与骨质疏松的关系。方法148例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者，按骨密度分为低骨量组与正常骨量组，行心脏彩色多普勒检查心脏收缩和舒张功能及进行血清钙、磷、镁离子含量检测。结果2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的心脏收缩及舒张功能低骨量组均较骨量正常组差(P<0.01)，但血清钙、磷、镁含量在两组间并无显著性差异。结论2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的心功能随着骨密度的降低有所减退。
목적：탐토2형당뇨병합병관심병환자적심공능여골질소송적관계。방법148례2형당뇨병합병관심병환자，안골밀도분위저골량조여정상골량조，행심장채색다보륵검사심장수축화서장공능급진행혈청개、린、미리자함량검측。결과2형당뇨병합병관심병환자적심장수축급서장공능저골량조균교골량정상조차(P<0.01)，단혈청개、린、미함량재량조간병무현저성차이。결론2형당뇨병합병관심병환자적심공능수착골밀도적강저유소감퇴。
Objective To investigate the relationship between cardiac function and osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes combined with coronary artery disease. Methods One hundred and forty-eight patients with type 2 diabetes combined with coronary artery disease were assigned to a lower bone mass density group and a normal bone mass density group according to the bone mineral density (BMD). Color Doppler examination was followed to evaluate the systolic function and diastolic function, serum Ca, serum P, serum Mg were measured. Results The systolic function and diastolic function were worse in the lower bone mass density group than those of the patients with type 2 diabetes combined with coronary artery diseasenormal in the bone mass density group (P <0.01), but the serum Ca, P, Mg were with no significant difference between both groups (P >0.05). Conclusions The cardiac function decreases with the loss of bone mineral density in patients with type 2 diabetes combined with coronary artery disease.
