目的:分析CT引导下经皮微创技术与开放手术治疗脊柱结核的临床疗效。方法选取我院80例脊柱结核患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组与研究组,每组各40例,对照组采用开放手术治疗,研究组采用CT引导下经皮微创技术治疗,分析和对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、卧床时间、住院时间、抗生素使用时间,以及血沉降至正常范围的时间和椎体骨性融合的时间。结果研究组的手术时间、术中出血量、卧床时间、住院时间、抗生素使用时间、血沉降至正常范围时间、椎体骨性融合时间均明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CT引导下经皮微创技术在脊柱结核中的治疗具有疗效高、安全、操作简单等特点,值得临床应用与推广。

목적:분석CT인도하경피미창기술여개방수술치료척주결핵적림상료효。방법선취아원80례척주결핵환자작위연구대상,수궤분성대조조여연구조,매조각40례,대조조채용개방수술치료,연구조채용CT인도하경피미창기술치료,분석화대비량조환자적수술시간、술중출혈량、와상시간、주원시간、항생소사용시간,이급혈침강지정상범위적시간화추체골성융합적시간。결과연구조적수술시간、술중출혈량、와상시간、주원시간、항생소사용시간、혈침강지정상범위시간、추체골성융합시간균명현소우대조조(P<0.05)。결론 CT인도하경피미창기술재척주결핵중적치료구유료효고、안전、조작간단등특점,치득림상응용여추엄。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy between CT-guided percutaneous minimally invasive surgery and open surgical treatment for spinal tuberculosis. Methods 80 patients with spinal tuberculosis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group were given open surgeries, while the experimental group were given CT-guided percutaneous minimally invasive surgeries. The primary outcome was a composite of the length of operation, the perioperative blood loss, the bed-ridden length, the length of hospital stay, the length of antibiotic application, and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate dropped time and the vertebral bone fusion time of the two groups. Results the length of operation, the perioperative blood loss, the bed-ridden length, the length of hospital stay, the length of antibiotic application, and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate dropped time and the vertebral bone fusion time of the experimental group were significantly less than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The CT-guided percutaneous minimally invasive surgery for spinal tuberculosis is highly effective, safet, and simple to operate, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
