目的：探讨中医五音配合有氧运动治疗经前期综合征(PMS)的临床疗效。方法选取经前焦虑性障碍(PMDD)的PMS患者120例，随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例，治疗组采用中医五音配合有氧运动疗法，对照组口服维生素月6片+氟西汀片。结果治疗后第1、2、3个月，治疗组“经前症状日记表”评分显著低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对照组有效率85.0%，无效8例，恶化1例，治疗组有效率100.0%，无无效及恶化病例，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医五音配合有氧运动治疗PMDD患者疗效确切、安全，无毒副作用，值得临床广泛推广。
목적：탐토중의오음배합유양운동치료경전기종합정(PMS)적림상료효。방법선취경전초필성장애(PMDD)적PMS환자120례，수궤분위치료조、대조조각60례，치료조채용중의오음배합유양운동요법，대조조구복유생소월6편+불서정편。결과치료후제1、2、3개월，치료조“경전증상일기표”평분현저저우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；대조조유효솔85.0%，무효8례，악화1례，치료조유효솔100.0%，무무효급악화병례，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론중의오음배합유양운동치료PMDD환자료효학절、안전，무독부작용，치득림상엄범추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of aerobic exercise combined with the pentatonic scales of Chinese medicine (PSCM) on the treatment of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Methods 120 patients with premenstrual dysphonic disorder (PMDD) were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, with 60 cases in each. The treatment group received the aerobic exercise combined with PSCM, and the control group only took vitamin B6 tablets together with fluoxetine tablets. Results In the first, second and third month after the treatment, the grade of"Premenstrual Symptoms Diary"of the treatment group was remarkably lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). 85.0% of the controlled group recovered completely, 1 case get deteriorated and 8 cases are invalid. While all the patients (100.0%) in the treatment group recovered completely (P <0.05). Conclusions Aerobic exercise combined with PSCM is an effective and safe method for patients with PMDD, which has no side effects and deserves popularizing.
