目的：观察存活素(Survivin)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与细胞凋亡酶-3(Caspase-3)在乳腺癌中的表达变化。方法选择本院2009至2012年乳腺癌患者病理标本40例(a组)，乳腺癌组织旁5厘米正常乳腺组织(b组)，乳腺良性增生标本12例(c组)，进行免疫组织化学检测Survivin、VEGF与Caspase-3表达。结果 Survivin阳性表达率在a、b、c组分别为77.50%，2.50%，16.67%(P<0.01)，VEGF阳性表达率在a、b、c组分别为72.50%，7.50%，25.00%(P<0.01)， Caspase-3阳性表达率在a、b、c组分别为70.00%，7.50%，33.33%(P<0.01)。结论 Sruvivin、VEGF及Caspase-3在a 的表达明显高于b组和c组，在乳腺癌发生、发展中可能起重要作用。

목적：관찰존활소(Survivin)、혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)여세포조망매-3(Caspase-3)재유선암중적표체변화。방법선택본원2009지2012년유선암환자병리표본40례(a조)，유선암조직방5전미정상유선조직(b조)，유선량성증생표본12례(c조)，진행면역조직화학검측Survivin、VEGF여Caspase-3표체。결과 Survivin양성표체솔재a、b、c조분별위77.50%，2.50%，16.67%(P<0.01)，VEGF양성표체솔재a、b、c조분별위72.50%，7.50%，25.00%(P<0.01)， Caspase-3양성표체솔재a、b、c조분별위70.00%，7.50%，33.33%(P<0.01)。결론 Sruvivin、VEGF급Caspase-3재a 적표체명현고우b조화c조，재유선암발생、발전중가능기중요작용。
Objective To investigate the protein expression of survivin, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and apoptosis enzyme-3 (Caspase-3) in breast cancer. Methods We collected 40 cases of pathological specimens of breast cancer patients (Group A), 40 cases of 5 cm normal mammary gland tissue adjacent to the breast tumors (Group B), 12 cases of breast benign hyperplasia specimens (Group C) in our hospital from 2009 to 2012 to detect the protein expression of survivin, VEGF and caspase-3 by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rates of survivin in Group A, B and C were 77.5%, 2.5%, 16.67%respectively (P <0.01). The positive expression rates of VEGF was 72.5%, 7.5%, 25%respectively in Group A, B and C (P<0.01). The positive expression rates of caspase-3 in Group A, B and C were 70%, 7.5%, 33.33%respectively (P<0.01). Conclusions The protein expressions of survivin, VEGF and caspase-3 of the patients with breast cancer were significantly higher than those of the patients with breast benign hyperplasia and healthy people, which may play an important role in the development of breast cancer.
