随动系统调试检测平台，由积木式试验台架和检测分析装置组合而成。检测分析装置包括：电机测试系统、伺服控制系统调试分析计算机等检测器件组成。该平台对由伺服驱动器与高低/方位伺服电机构成的高低/方位速度控制环（内环）和由该速度控制环与随动控制箱、高低/方位传信仪构成的位置控制环（外环）进行仿真模拟试验，通过选择内外环调节参数使调炮的最大速度，最低速度，最大加速度，调炮精度，满足战技指标要求。

The servo system tuning platform consists of the building-block-like experiment bench,and the detection and analysis equipment.The detection and analysis equipment includes the motor testing system, the computer analysis software for the servo control system,etc.This platform conducts the simulation ex-periments on the height-position speed control loop (internal loop)and the location control loop (external loop).The internal loop is composed of the servo actuator,the servo motor,and the position servo motor. The external loop is composed of the internal loop,the servo control box,the height signaling analyzer, and the position signaling analyzer.With the help of the servo system testing platform,the operator selects the adjustable parameters for the internal and external loops,and therefore makes the maximum speed,the minimum speed,the maximum acceleration,and the accuracy of the gun adjustment satisfying the require-ment of the tactical and technical indices.
