为了有效预防山洪灾害，利用现代计算机数据采集处理技术及通信技术，综合各方面资源平台，对山洪预警系统进行了设计，并在湖北南漳、阳新、保康等县得到应用。通过该系统的应用，可以帮助相关部门迅速准确地进行决策指挥，从而减少山洪造成的人生财产伤害。
為瞭有效預防山洪災害，利用現代計算機數據採集處理技術及通信技術，綜閤各方麵資源平檯，對山洪預警繫統進行瞭設計，併在湖北南漳、暘新、保康等縣得到應用。通過該繫統的應用，可以幫助相關部門迅速準確地進行決策指揮，從而減少山洪造成的人生財產傷害。

In order to prevent mountain torrent effectively , this paper summing up all the resources platform ,designs mountain torrent disaster prevention early warning system ,by using modern computer data acquisition technology and communication technology.And it has been used in Nanzhang ,Yangx-in and Baokang county.Through the application of the system , it helps related departments to make decisions quickly and accurately ,and reduces the life and property damage caused by the mountain torrent.
