As playing an important role in the cultivation of applied talents with high skills, open laboratory has gradually become a new model of the laboratory construction in colleges and universities. Taking the teaching of agricultural products processing as a pilot, the traditional teaching mode of experiment is reformed, to explore the open laboratory construction of farm products processing, and implement open experiment teaching model, cultivating students' practical and innovative ability.
