The gold tea has quality features with high amino acid content, owing superior quality“sweet, green, refreshing and thick” . This paper reviews from tea cultivar, the ecological factors, including growth altitude, climate, as well as soil, in order to analyze quality formation of Baojing gold tea, and the Baojing gold tea industry development strategies are summarized.
