采用火焰发射光谱法测定果脯中钠的含量,通过对试验方法流程进行分析,确定不确定度来源,建立数学模型,将不确定度分量合成,并计算其测定结果的扩展不确定度。通过分析表明,标准溶液的配制和稀释过程引入的不确定度对测量不确定度影响最大,试样定容体积次之。

In this paper, the uncertainty of the determination result of Na content in preserved fruit is evaluated by atomic emission spectrometry, the uncertainty components of the system effect and the random effect influencing the measurement result are analyzed and quantified. It is indicated that the effect of the uncertainty induced by preparation and dilution of standard solution on determination uncertainty is most important, and the effect of the sample constant volume is the second.
