식품궤계여설비시실천성비상강적전업과정,단목전대부분적교재편중이론,내용추상、고조,학생적학습적겁성불고。종배양학생적흥취、교학내용화교학방법적개혁이급가강화개혁실천교학배절등방면진행연구화실천。
Food machinery and equipment is a very strong practical professional course. But most textbooks emphasize on theoretical teaching at resent. The teaching contents are usually abstract, boring and students lacked the study initiatives. In this paper, the efforts of multi-faceted teaching reform research and practice are done form the following aspects: To cultivate students' interest, the reform of teaching contents and teaching methods and to strengthen and reform practice teaching.
