以三氟二氯乙烷(R123)为热泵工质,空气为换热介质,通过调节循环风速、辅助电加热和节流阀的开度,测定不同条件下的蒸发温度、冷凝温度和压缩机功率的冷量的有效利用率ER 及COP。结果表明:在蒸发温度45℃、冷凝温度85℃、风速6 m/s条件下,COP达到最大值3.3。在蒸发温度30~45℃、冷凝温度70~80℃,COP维持在2以上;在实验温度范围内,ER最小为18.2%,蒸发温度23℃、冷凝温度80℃、风速2 m/s时ER达到最大值71.5%。

이삼불이록을완(R123)위열빙공질,공기위환열개질,통과조절순배풍속、보조전가열화절류벌적개도,측정불동조건하적증발온도、냉응온도화압축궤공솔적랭량적유효이용솔ER 급COP。결과표명:재증발온도45℃、냉응온도85℃、풍속6 m/s조건하,COP체도최대치3.3。재증발온도30~45℃、냉응온도70~80℃,COP유지재2이상;재실험온도범위내,ER최소위18.2%,증발온도23℃、냉응온도80℃、풍속2 m/s시ER체도최대치71.5%。
A heat pump using R123 as refrigerant and normal air as heat transfer medium, testing cooling capac-ity effective utilization rate(ER) under different evaporation temperature, condensing temperature and the air flow, auxiliary heating, expansion valve opening degree by changing air flow, auxiliary electric heating and expansion valve opening degree. The final results showed the highest COP of the heat pump is 3.3 when the evaporation temperature is 45 ℃, the condensing temperature is 85 ℃ and the air speed is 6m/s, The COP of the heat pump can reach 2 at the range 30 ℃ to 45 ℃ of evaporating temperature and the range 70 ℃ to 80 ℃ of condensing temperature. The minimum value of ER is 18.2% and the maximum value of ER is 71.5% under evaporation temperature of 23℃, con-densing temperature of 80℃ and air speed of 2m/s.
