聚乳酸是一种绿色环保高分子材料。以丙交酯为单体,辛酸亚锡为催化剂,N-甲基二乙醇胺为引发剂通过丙交酯的开环聚合法制备了聚合物分子链中含有氨基官能团的双端羟基聚乳酸,然后以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯作为扩链剂进行溶液扩链反应制备了聚乳酸基聚氨酯,然后再与冰醋酸、碘甲烷、溴乙烷反应,制备了以聚乳酸基聚氨酯为基体的离聚物。并采用特性粘数测定、GPC、差示扫描量热法、热重分析法、X射线衍射等方法对聚合物进行了表征。结果表明,聚乳酸基聚氨酯离聚物的特性粘数高于聚乳酸基聚氨酯,离聚物的热稳定性优于聚乳酸及聚乳酸基聚氨酯。
聚乳痠是一種綠色環保高分子材料。以丙交酯為單體,辛痠亞錫為催化劑,N-甲基二乙醇胺為引髮劑通過丙交酯的開環聚閤法製備瞭聚閤物分子鏈中含有氨基官能糰的雙耑羥基聚乳痠,然後以異彿爾酮二異氰痠酯作為擴鏈劑進行溶液擴鏈反應製備瞭聚乳痠基聚氨酯,然後再與冰醋痠、碘甲烷、溴乙烷反應,製備瞭以聚乳痠基聚氨酯為基體的離聚物。併採用特性粘數測定、GPC、差示掃描量熱法、熱重分析法、X射線衍射等方法對聚閤物進行瞭錶徵。結果錶明,聚乳痠基聚氨酯離聚物的特性粘數高于聚乳痠基聚氨酯,離聚物的熱穩定性優于聚乳痠及聚乳痠基聚氨酯。

Polylactic acid is a kind of green polymer material. This topic to lactide monomer, stannous caprylate as the catalyst, N- methyl diethanolamine as initiator through ring opening polymerization of lactide prepared polymer molecular chain containing N atom double-end hydroxyl HO - poly ( lactic acid) , and then with isophorone diiso-cyanate as chain extender for solution extender chain reaction based polyurethane ( PLAU ) , poly ( lactic acid ) ( PLA) was prepared and then reaction with glacial acetic acid, methyl iodide, bromine ethane, was prepared with polylactic acid as matrix of ionomer. And intrinsic viscosity determination of adopting, GPC,differential scanning cal-orimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction method for the polymer have been characterized. The results show that the polymerization products molecular weight with monomer and the increase of the ratio of N - methyl di-ethanolamine and shows the tendency of increase. Step chain extender, ionization makes molecular weight of poly ( lactic acid) ( PLA) is increased. Ionization make the melting point and crystallization temperature of poly ( lactic acid) ( PLA) have improved, but after iodide is Tc, Tm temperature appeared a little smaller.
