通过介绍无针头溶液静电纺丝和熔体静电纺丝的研究进展,对纺丝装置、纺丝过程和有关结论进行了综述,分析了各种实验方法的特点以及所得纤维的特性,并指出目前存在的问题和需要改进的地方,为无针头静电纺丝的深入研究提供理论依据,同时为静电纺丝纳米纤维的产业化和应用开发奠定基础。

By introducing the progresses of needleless electrospinning using solution and melt,the spinning device,the spinning process and some results were reviewed. The characteristics of the various experimental methods and properties of the resulting fibers were analyzed. The problems and areas need for improvement were pointed out. A theoretical basis for further research of needleless electrospinning is provided and a foundation for the industrialization and applications of electrospinning nanofibers is laid.
