通过添加聚苯乙烯(PS)、热塑性弹性体苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SBS),以改善聚丙烯(PP)的性能。先采用熔融法制备PP/PS共混物,在确定PP,PS最佳配比的基础上,再添加SBS制备PP/PS/SBS共混物,确定了PP,PS及SBS的最佳配比。研究了PP/PS,PP/PS/SBS共混物的力学性能、热性能及熔体流动行为。结果表明,当PP与PS的质量比为70∶30时,PP/PS共混物的性能最好,其拉伸强度为28.5 MPa,拉伸弹性模量为1214 MPa,弯曲弹性模量为1752 MPa,冲击强度为14.0 kJ/m2,断裂应变为130%,维卡软化温度为143.9℃。当PP,PS及SBS的质量比为70∶30∶10时,PP/PS/SBS共混物的性能最好,其拉伸强度为23.2 MPa,拉伸弹性模量1040 MPa,断裂应变为260%,冲击强度为18.0 kJ/m2,弯曲强度为36.5 MPa,弯曲弹性模量为1297 MPa,定挠度弯曲应力为36.1 MPa,弯曲破坏应力为36.5 MPa,熔体流动速率为8.94 g/(10 min),维卡软化温度为139.0℃。

The properties of polypropylene(PP) were modified by adding polystyrene(PS) and styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer(SBS) thermoplastic elastomer. PP/PS blends were prepared by melt blending method,and then PP/PS/SBS blends were prepared basing on the best ratio of PP and PS. The mechanical properties,vicat softening temperature (VST) and melt flow behavior of PP/PS and PP/PS/SBS blends were investigated. The results indicate that the comprehensive properties of PP/PS blend are the best when the mass ratio of PP and PS is 70∶30. The tensile strength,tensile modulus of elasticity and bending modulus of elasticity of PP/PS blend are 28.5,1 214,1 752 MPa respectively. The impact strength,strain at break and Vicat softening temperature are 14.0 kJ/m2,130%and 143.9℃respectively. The comprehensive properties of PP/PS/SBS blend are the best when the mass ratio of PP,PS and SBS is 70∶30∶10. The tensile strength,tensile modulus of elasticity,strain at break and impact strength of PP/PS/SBS blend are 23.2 MPa, 1 040 MPa,260%and 18.0 kJ/m2 respectively. The bending strength, bending modulus of elasticity,given deflection bending stress and bending breaking stress of PP/PS/SBS blend are 36.5,1 297, 36.1,36.5 MPa respectively. The melt flow rate and Vicat softening temperature are 8.94 g/(10 min) and 139.0℃respectively.
