以废旧服装棉纤维、聚丙烯( PP)纤维、黄麻纤维为原料,利用非织造加工技术开发不同结构和性能的植被修复材料;研究不同结构对材料降解性能及植被修复性能的影响。试验结果表明:材料降解主要发生在48~72 d时间段内,在72~96 d时间段内试样降解较慢;土埋96 d后,棉纤维基本降解,PP纤维表面只有少量凹槽刻蚀,麻纤维出现明显结构松散及裂痕凹槽,符合梯度降解设计要求。使用上述材料有利于植被修复。

이폐구복장면섬유、취병희( PP)섬유、황마섬유위원료,이용비직조가공기술개발불동결구화성능적식피수복재료;연구불동결구대재료강해성능급식피수복성능적영향。시험결과표명:재료강해주요발생재48~72 d시간단내,재72~96 d시간단내시양강해교만;토매96 d후,면섬유기본강해,PP섬유표면지유소량요조각식,마섬유출현명현결구송산급렬흔요조,부합제도강해설계요구。사용상술재료유리우식피수복。
Cotton fiber from used clothing , PP and jute fiber were used as raw materials , vegetation restoration materials with different structures and performances were developed by using nonwoven processing technology . The impact of different structures on the material degradation and vegetation restoration was studied . The experimental results show that the degradation occurs mainly during 48~72 d and becomes slower during 72~96 d.Cotton fiber degradation completely after 96 d underground.PP fiber has some etching on surface and jute fiber shows loose structure and fracture .The developed materials can meet the requirement for gradient degradation .The materials can facilitate vegetation restoration .
