目的:分析某市部分综合性医院护士人文关怀能力的现状及其影响因素。方法:应用护士人文关怀能力量表对某市3所三级甲等医院268名护士进行调查分析。结果:护士人文关怀能力总分为(135.79±12.15)分,不同年龄、不同职称、不同学历、是否已婚护士的人文关怀能力总体评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。其中灌输信念和希望为(25.65±1.63)分,健康教育为(21.48±1.71)分,人道、利他价值观为(19.36±3.48)分,科学解决健康问题为(13.58±2.53)分,协助满足基本需求为(10.62±1.91)分,提供良好环境为(13.82±3.62)分,促进情感交流为(16.79±4.73)分,帮助解决困难为(14.75±3.28)分。结论:学历、职称、婚姻、年龄是护士人文关怀能力的影响因素,护理管理者应针对各种影响因素,实施分层次继续教育培训,落实优质护理服务。

Objective:To understand the current situation and its influencing factors of nursing humanistic caring capability in some comprehensive hospitals of a city. Methods:Two hundred and sixty-eight nurses in three 3A grade hospitals in a city were investigated and analyzed via nursing humanistic caring capability scale. Results:The total score of nursing humanistic caring capability was 135. 79 ± 12. 15,there were statistical differences in nurses with different ages,professional titles,educational backgrounds and marriage situations(P<0. 01). Among them,the score of inculcation belief and expectation was 25. 65 ± 1. 63,the score of health education was 21. 48 ± 1. 71,the score of humanity and altruism value was 19. 36 ± 3. 48,the score of scientific solution to health problem was 13. 58 ± 2. 53,the score of assistance in meeting basic requirement was 10. 62 ± 1. 91,the score of providing good environment was 13. 82 ± 3. 62,the score of promoting emotion communication was 16. 79 ± 4. 73 and the score of helping to solve the difficulties was 14. 75 ± 3. 28. Conclusions:Educational background, professional title, age and marriage situation were the influencing factors of nursing humanistic caring capability,nursing administrators should implement hierarchical continuing education and training to carry out high quality nursing services according to all kinds of influencing factors.
