目的：探索提高高职护理专业学生职业能力和全国护士执业资格考试(护考)通过率的路径。方法：在深入研究2011年护考大纲的基础上,重新编写教材、拟定授课计划、改革教学方法和考试方法。结果：护理专业学生的职业能力及护考通过率明显提高。2011年723名毕业生参加护考,709人通过,通过率达98.06%；2012年780名毕业生参加护考,777人通过,通过率达99.62%。结论：结合护考大纲进行教学改革可以提高学生的职业能力和护考通过率。
목적：탐색제고고직호리전업학생직업능력화전국호사집업자격고시(호고)통과솔적로경。방법：재심입연구2011년호고대강적기출상,중신편사교재、의정수과계화、개혁교학방법화고시방법。결과：호리전업학생적직업능력급호고통과솔명현제고。2011년723명필업생삼가호고,709인통과,통과솔체98.06%；2012년780명필업생삼가호고,777인통과,통과솔체99.62%。결론：결합호고대강진행교학개혁가이제고학생적직업능력화호고통과솔。
Objective:To find out ways of improving the nursing students′professional ability and the pass rate in Chinese Licensure Examination for Nurse(CLEN) in higher vocational colleges. Methods:On the basis of studying 2011 CLEN syllabus,we recompiled the textbook, redrew up the teaching plan and reformed the teaching and examination methods. Results:The nursing students′professional ability and CLEN pass rate improved significantly. In 2011,709 of the 723 graduates who had participated in CLEN passed the examination,with a pass rate of 98. 06%;and in 2012,777 of the 780 graduates who had participated in the CLEN passed,with a pass rate of 99. 62%. Conclusions:The teaching reform based on CLEN syllabus can improve the students′professional ability and their pass rate in CLEN.
