目的：评价强脉冲光治疗酒渣鼻的疗效。方法：治疗组采用强脉冲光照射，每3周1次，4次为1疗程；对照组口服异维 A 酸10 mg，日2次，连续12周。结果：治疗组总有效率为89.74％，对照组为71.05％，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：强脉冲光治疗酒渣鼻疗效优于异维 A 酸。
목적：평개강맥충광치료주사비적료효。방법：치료조채용강맥충광조사，매3주1차，4차위1료정；대조조구복이유 A 산10 mg，일2차，련속12주。결과：치료조총유효솔위89.74％，대조조위71.05％，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：강맥충광치료주사비료효우우이유 A 산。
To assess the efficacy of intense pulsed light (IPL) in the treatment of rosacea. Methods: The treatment group were treated with IPL, once every 3 weeks for four times. The control group were treated with isotretinoin 10 mg, twice a day for 12 weeks. Results: The total effective rates of the IPL group and isotretinoin group were 89.74% and 71.05%, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of IPL is more effective than isotretinoin in the treatment of rosacea.
