目的:了解青岛市新型毒品吸食者的性行为特征并调查梅毒和艾滋病感染状况。方法:问卷调查新型毒品吸食者的性行为特征,并检测 HIV 和梅毒抗体。结果:共调查吸毒者564名,98.22%以吸食冰毒为主,54.09%最近1年有过临时性伴,55.14%最近1年发生过商业性性行为,15.60%最近1年提供过性服务;最近1个月有过性行为的人最近1次性行为安全套使用率为32.42%;HIV 抗体阳性检出率为0.36%,梅毒阳性率为13.19%。结论:该人群以吸食新型毒品为主,梅毒流行率较高,应加强对该人群的宣传教育和行为干预,减少梅毒和艾滋病的发生率。

To determine the characteristics of sexual behaviors and the prevalence of AIDS/syphilis among new type drug users in Qingdao. Methods: The new type drug users were recruited and the information of their sexual behaviors was collected with a questionnaire. Serum antibodies of HIV and syphilis were detected. Results: 98.22% of 564 new type drug users were addicted to smoking methamphetamine. 54.09% had sex with casual sex partners in the last year. 55.14% had sex with commercial sex partners in the last year. 15.60% provided sexual services in order to get money or drug. The condom use rate was 32.42% in the last sexual contact among the people who had sex in recent months. The positivity rates of HIV and syphilis were 0.36% and 13.19% respectively. Conclusion: This population is mainly new type drug users, with high risk sexual behaviors related to AIDS and STD. The prevalence rate of syphilis is high among them. Propaganda, education and behavioral intervention should be strengthened in order to reduce the risk for HIV and syphilis infections.
